Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Custom Orders

Since our custom patches are made specifically for you, refunds or returns are not available unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved design.

Changes to Orders

Any changes made to an order will be treated as a new order and will not qualify as a reprint.

Defective Products

You may request a refund if you receive a defective, damaged, or significantly different product from the approved design.
